World Pest Control has been absolutely perfect in every detail in the work they have done for us. From the people at the office being very helpful and informative. Then the young man they sent out (Raven); was the best example of customer service I've seen in a long time plus a very pleasant and polite young man. Raven knew his job, he explained what he was going to do and ask if we had any questions or concerns. We explained our concerns and he took time to look into the problem and then took care of it. He then checked in with us before he left. I hope you keep him around for a long time. Thank you.

Ashley, Pat and the entire team do an exceptional job! They always call ahead and schedule the next treatment and the techs have yet to be late...so nice to have someone show up when they say they will be there!! They have kept all of the bugs and spiders out and now I am trying out there mosquito pots so I can be pest free inside and outside this summer!!! Lots of products, options and knowledge there, highly recommend them!!

I am an Apartment Manager in Abilene Kansas. I deal with Shane on a regular basis. I have to say he is and has always been very professional and personable. I actually look forward to our quarterly treatments because he makes a not so enjoyable task, rather fun. If we ever have any issues, i can always trust him to take care if it in a timely manner. I believe a company’s reputation is very important and it starts with the first line of contact which is usually Christie and Holly that i speak to for scheduling. The ladies are always friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this business and their employees to anyone.

I went down the list of pest management services in Salina, calling each one in hopes that someone would be able to get over to my house for an "emergency" rodent issue. Everyone was booked out for weeks. When I got down to Tox-Eol and explained that I just needed someone to quickly help me catch this thing, they sent a tech over in 30 minutes, in between his scheduled appointments. Pat, the master technician and Rat Slayer extraordinaire, was so pleasant and compassionate. He was not at all bothered to do this job in between his booked scheduling. I'm now a proud and dedicated customer of Tox-Eol!

Patrick Hogan treated our home on April 11, 2016. His service as a master technician is exemplary. Attention is given to every detail, both inside and out. Mr Hogan takes time to answer questions and provide information. He is professional and the services provided deserve the highest rating.

Pat Hogan has been our pest control technician for multiple years. It's always a pleasure to have him come to our home . He is friendly, prompt, courteous and most of all knowledgeable!! There isn't a question he hasn't been able to answer. I just have to tell him what the pest looks like and he provides me with all the information about the bug/spider. He even goes above and beyond to tell me how to keep them from entering our home. I always ask for Pat when I schedule my appointments for pest control. Thank you Pat!! I couldn't be more pleased with Tox-Eol. I have referred them to several of my neighbors as well.

We moved to Salina in March, 2012. At that time we kept the existing contract with the pest control company. Patrick was our tech, but for reasons I am not totally sure of, at various times was not the tech who came to check our house. When the company changed ownership, the first request we made was that Patrick again be our tech. To whomever is reading this review I will simply say, he is the tech you would want to come and provide service to your house.

I had Patrick Hogan come to my house and do a termite inspection. Patrick was phenomenal. He was extremely thorough and looked at all parts of the house, not just the obvious problem area. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the things to look for and what termites do. He did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable and assuring me that I'd be receiving a quality service from him and his company.
